Latest news/ This recipe is for the viral Dubai chocolate that has been popular on TikTok and social media for a while. A pack of chocolates is available on chocolate sales sites for around 300,000 tomans to 500,000 tomans. The good news is that making this special chocolate bar is not complicated and you don’t need a lot of equipment to make it, but you need to use the best ingredients to get the flavors right. This chocolate requires pistachio paste and kadayif string. The recipe below is similar to Dubai chocolate and you can make it at home and enjoy it.
Ingredients
300g dark chocolate
100g milk chocolate
1 teaspoon coconut oil
50g white chocolate
Ingredients for pistachio kernels
150g Kadayif string
75g pistachio paste
15g pistachio powder
A pinch of salt
Optional ingredients
Food coloring to mix with white chocolate
How to prepare
Crush the Kadayif strands until they are fine and fry them in a pan over low heat until they are golden brown. This will take 3 to 5 minutes. Stir it well so that it does not burn, if we do not do this well, the chocolate core in the middle will not have the necessary crunch in each bite. After the strands turn golden brown, turn off the heat, transfer the strands to a bowl and set aside.
If the pistachio paste is hard, heat it until it becomes soft and smooth. (We can use a microwave for this.)
Sprinkle a little salt on the crispy Kadayif and add the pistachio powder to this mixture.
Then, mix the milk and melted dark chocolate in a bowl. (You can use a microwave to melt the chocolate.) Then, add the coconut oil to this mixture, stir, and set aside.
Melt the white chocolate in another bowl and divide it into several smaller bowls to color with food coloring.
Pour the different colors of chocolate onto the base of the mold, then pour over the melted dark chocolate and spread it evenly in the mold with the back of a spoon, completely covering the corners and surface.
Fill each mold with pistachio kernels and smooth the top evenly.
Fill the top with more melted dark chocolate and cover evenly. Make sure to remove the excess and place the mold in the freezer for a few minutes to harden.
Remove the chocolate from the freezer and mold, serve with tea, coffee or after a meal.
Tips
Fry the Kadayif strands well until crispy.
If you live in a very warm climate, let the first layer of chocolate harden in the freezer for a few minutes before adding the middle ingredients and cover it with more chocolate to get a clean piece of chocolate.
